IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

HOW TO BOOK:

Scroll down to choose your package, once decided, scroll down to 'Check availability' You will be taken to our Booking site where you will be able to book in directly.

PAYMENT:

Upon booking, you will be prompted to make a payment  of $204. This amount will cover the cost for 6 children. If additional children attend on the day, the remaining balance can be paid then at an extra $34 per child.

ADDRESS:

Your party will be held at:497 Gympie Rd, Strathpine.

ARRIVAL TIME:

Please avoid arriving too early, as we may still be cleaning up from a prior party. Early arrival may also interrupt staff break times. If you would like to arrive before your guests, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Guest arrival begins at the scheduled time.

PICK UP TIME:

Please assist staff with helping to move children and parent's out efficiently after the party time. We have minimal time to clean up and reset between each party. 

GUEST'S PARENT'S:

Guest's parents are asked to drop and go due to limited space. Immediate family of the birthday girl are welcome to stay. Strathpine shopping centre is close by and so is coffee club. 

NUMBER OF CHILDREN:
The minimum number of children per party is 6, and the maximum is 10.  Please ensure you do not exceed this limit, as we may be unable to accommodate extra guests. Remember to include the birthday girl in this number.

 

FOOD:

All party packages include a lolly and biscuit buffet, water, and red cordial.  Red cordial is served as they have they cupcakes (Provided by you)

You're welcome to bring additional snacks, such as sandwiches, chips, or fruit. However, there is no need to bring large amounts of extra food. 

ALLERGIES/ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Prior to the party, we will need to know if there any children with dietary allergies/ concerns. In particular Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, Egg,  Vegan -Gelatine. If the child does have allergies we will also need to know if they are able to have products listed as "may contain" We will get this information from you a week prior to the booking when we get final numbers from you. 

CUPCAKES:
We ask that you please bring cupcakes instead of a full cake, as they are easier to serve and allow guests to take one home. Feel free to bring candles if you wish to use some.—cupcake stands are available for use.

PARTY BAGS:
If you’re providing your own party bags, please avoid including whistles, noise-makers, or confetti, as a courtesy to our neighboring businesses.
We also offer pre-made party bags for $7 each. Please let us know in advance if you would like to order these. 

RSVPS:

Your RSVP deadline is 10 days before the party. We may be unable to accept late RSVPs. I’ll be in touch a week before the event to confirm final numbers and collect your guest list along with any dietary information.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we ask guests to follow our venue's guidelines:

  • Treat everyone with kindness and respect.

  • Refrain from bullying, intimidating, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow all instructions from our staff.

Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in being asked to leave the premises. If a child is not following the rules, staff will address it gently. If the behavior continues, the child may be asked to sit out from some activities.

Our goal is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel, we require 14 days' notice to refund your deposit. Please note we do not cover the refund fee from paypal. (Approximately $6)
