Q: Where is Glamour Parties located?

Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of girls for a party?
A: The minimum per party is 8 including the party girl, the maximum is 15. We have 2 staff per party, if there is more than 13 per party, additional staff are added.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum age for guests at a party?
A: The minimum age for a Pamper Party is 4 years .If you child is 4 years old we suggest the Unicorn Package. We also offer a teen package for ages 10- 15 years.
Q: How long does a party go for?
A: The duration per party is 1.5 hours. We can extend party time if you would like. Please enquire about this charge.
Q: How far in advance should I book my child's party?
A: if you are wanting a party on a weekend it would be best to book 6 months in advance as we do book up very quickly.
Q: Can I bring a cake to the party?
A: Yes. We do have time for cake at the end of the party. We do prefer cupcakes rather than cake, as it is easier for children to take a cupcake home, if they do not wish to eat it at the party. Please note, because our parties are jam packed with activities and we are on a tight schedule, we do not have time to cut up pieces of cake for parents and siblings when picking up guests as we have minimal changeover time during parties.
Q: Are parents required to stay for the duration of the party?
A: The Birthday girl's family are welcome to stay however due to limited room, we do ask that guest's parents 'Pick up and drop off' .If Birthday girl's parents do not wish to stay, we are more than happy to take photographs so you don't miss out.
Q. How early does the Birthday Girl need to arrive?
A: If you wish to arrive earlier than the guests please only arrive 10 minutes prior to start time as our parties run back to back with minimal change over time. We do not have a waiting room, so doors will be opened to guests at starting time.
Q: What if a child is late to the party?
A: We allow 10-15 minutes for girls to become acquainted and wait for arrival of guests. If we have to start the party without some guests due to being late, they are welcome to join in at the stage of the party we are up to.
Q: What do guests need to do in preparation for the party?
A: We ask that all guests arrive with dry clean hair and any old nail polish removed.
Q: What are Glamour Parties operating hours?
A: We are available to hold parties 7 days a week, during the day or after school and on weekends.
Q: Do i need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
A: Payment of $150 must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking. This covers for the minimum requirement of 8 people. Any outstanding amounts can be paid for on the day of the party.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Cash or eftpos.
Q: What is the Booking Process?
A: Email us HERE with your preferred date. We will get back to you and then once confirmed we will send you a confirmation email with a link for deposit payment and other required information.
Q: What is the cancellation Terms of your parties and events during COVID- 19 ?
A: Any Parties booked in this period, can be rescheduled and post poned to a later date.
